Software License Agreement & Data Processing Policy

This Software License Agreement and Data Processing Policy (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “Customer,” or “Licensee”) and FinaReports (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of our HTML software SaaS platform and associated tools (the “Software”).
By accessing, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
1. Grant of License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software solely for your internal business operations or personal use during your active subscription term.
2. License Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit any third party to:
- License, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, outsource, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software.
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Software.
- Access the Software in order to build a similar or competitive product or service.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including copyright and trademark notices) of the Company or its affiliates.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The Software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights, title, and interest in and to the Software (including all software code, designs, graphics, user interfaces, and documentation) are and shall remain the exclusive property of [Your SaaS Company Name] and its licensors.
4. Zero-Collection Policy Regarding End-User Customer Data
We operate under a strict Zero-Collection Policy regarding the data belonging to your end-users or customers (“End-User Data”) that you process, generate, or handle using our Software.
- Client-Side Processing: The HTML generation, compilation, and rendering processes executed through our Software occur entirely within your local browser environment or are routed strictly for immediate functional execution without persistent storage on our infrastructure.
- No Server Storage of End-User Data: We do not collect, view, index, process, or store any customer lists, transaction logs, personal identifiable information (PII) of your customers, or proprietary web content generated by your end-users on our servers or databases.
- Your Responsibility: Because we do not store your customer data, you retain sole and exclusive responsibility for establishing your own data privacy practices, securing your own servers, and complying with all applicable data protection laws (such as GDPR, CCPA, etc.) regarding the data you collect from your own customers.
5. User-Generated Content & Ownership
- Your Ownership: You retain full ownership of all code, templates, layouts, and text created, uploaded, or edited by you using the Software (“User Content”).
- Limited Hosting Rights: You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to temporarily store and process User Content only to the extent necessary to deliver and maintain the core functionalities of the SaaS platform.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The company does not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of data, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the software.
8. Termination
This Agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until your subscription terminates. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.
